Just a reminder, if you're planning on driving for our December field trip please send in your money ($6 per person) as soon as possible. We have to send in confirmation and payment at the beginning of November.

Also at the beginning of November we will be having a food drive for 2 weeks. Thank you to all who have already begun to send things in. Please let your child do extra chores to earn more can goods - we want First Grade to win the special meeting with the Bishop!!!

Thanks for everything you do.

Have a great Columbus Day Weekend!

The First Grade has already been talking about the Food Drive that will be taking place at the beginning of November. It will run for 2 weeks. The Bishop has challenged us to collect food and the class that has accumulated the most "weight" in food collected will be invited to the Bishop's house for songs with "Mickey" (his dog) and other fun things. Of course, I have taken the opportunity to encourage them to do extra chores to help parents, grandparents, neighbors etc. so they can earn "heavy" canned food or other dry food items. Please help First Grade.

First Grade Rocks!!!!
